    CNOOC to completet heacquisition of the assets

        China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced yesterday that CNOOC completed the acquisition of the interests of the British Tullow in the exploration area in Uganda, 2 and 3A third. The total transaction consideration of approximately $ 1.467 billion in cash.
